Description
In an effort to meet the diverse needs of all learners and accommodate different learning styles, we have implemented class structures and routines to support a more inclusive learning environment. During this session we will explore some of the structures and routines and share examples of how they have been successfully implemented.
It is important for professors and instructors to use language that reflects respect and fosters dignity. This workshop will in part include a description of person first language/sensitive terminology and a discussion of 'do's & don'ts'.
